Last week and the coming week mark a very challenging time for me. When I scheduled my book signings in the early part of the spring I had no idea what curve balls life might throw me. Last week I started covering a very high-profile murder case involving the killing of a young mother of two little girls. Not only is the story important to WRAL, but the national news has grabbed a hold of it as well. It is also a story that resonates deeply and personally for me as she was killed in the town where I live and I too am the mother of two little girls.
